Mount your mem card, then copy them from MyDocs (or the folder you have them in) to your mounted memory card's /system/app folder, i.e.

Code:

sudo mount /dev/mmcblk1p2 /and
cp /home/user/MyDocs/*.apk /and/system/app
sudo umount /dev/mmcblk1p2

note: I'm not sure you can do the ".apk" part. just remove it if you can't
i'd suggest putting all your apk's in a diff folder, i.e. create an apk folder:

Code:

sudo mount /dev/mmcblk1p2 /and
cp /home/user/MyDocs/apk/* /and/system/app
sudo umount /dev/mmcblk1p2

Did this for all my live wallpaper apks and it just crashes all of them.

Sorry dj_steve but I'm a little confused.

How did you achieve 3d? I had always assumed that for 3d accel (xorg-driver) to work, you needed the kernel drm.

Sorry to hear. Double-check that the apks are in the /system/app folder of the NITDroid (ext3) partition of your memory card.

If they are, I can't help you any further:(

Guys,
I have an 8gb SD card. I wish to make 3 partitions and have Nitroid and Easy Debian installed. Could someone please advise the code required to do this.
The 8gb card has approx 7.8gb free, so i am guessing the following would be ok?
2.5gb (Easy Debian)
1.9gb (For NITDroid)
3.5gb (NITDroid) approx, what ever is left over

I would put that 3.5 as a first partition and format it as fat32, so it can be used from maemo

Hey steve, quick thought, how about updating new rootfs directly from android, I know cynogen had done and I think still doing it on his builds we can probably have the same way to update it?

Aligatro,
Sounds great mate, could you tell me what the code would be. I have absolutely zero idea.
Much appreciated

Stephen
