Re: PCSX-m
Wow.. so the 'history' of the N900 is coming to an end.. cause you can't work out cycle multipliers?
I get 30-40 fps in many games and find a lot of them fully playable. |

Re: PCSX-m
I think alot of people have unrealistic expectations of how long their battery should last, i agree that when i run pcsx or psx4all i only get around 4hrs max, but in the week when im working i get 12-18hrs with moderate use.
If ur gonna max out ur proscessor running emulators then u cant expect it to run all day, (how much gaming time would u expect from a laptop unplugged from the mains) Also i have personaly found psx4all to be faster, i installed the emulators for 1 reason, to get a decent driving game on the n900, and i have nfs2 and nfs3 running at almost (90%+) full speed. |

Re: PCSX-m
I also managed to get Metal Gear Solid running at a playable framerate with about an hour of figuring out the settings.
Final Fantasy 7 is almost constant full speed. Azure Dreams = full speed Those are games I have personally tested. Alundra is also full speed but crashes about 10 minutes into the game. All at 800mhz. @DarthLuda You attribute the end of the N900 based on your own personal experience of playstation emulators when others are reporting so much success? |
