But I had become a fan when the 770 came out, and helped the previous engineer with it then was assigned to take over when he moved on. I am still a fan and love my N810, quirks and all. But I am definitely critical of screwups... just gotta be careful how I render that. ;) |

This may come across as another lame excuse to some here but it really isn't.
When you work for Nokia in professional, especially global positions, you are HIGHLY connected. I cannot stress that enough. You are an extremely mobile, flexible, highly-available tech machine. For many of us (including me) that's cool-- we are workaholics and tend to love what we do. But occasionally even a machine needs downtime. So when we do disconnect, it's hardcore. That *may* be Quim's situation. I cannot speak for him of course, but it would make sense. I wouldn't blame him a bit. |
