I scrolled to the bottom for you and its a language selection. It reads:

English Deutsch Francais.....a couple with symbols i don't have on my keyboard.. then ends with saying: See all available languages.

i mean
i didnt get what was written
can u simplify ur point? -__-

You don't need to use PC anymore.
Just simply adjusting your DNS to this IP subnet.

DNS: 67.202.81.137
0.0.0.0.0

No need LoganTool.

will LG5Tool.exe work to bypass 3.42? i never play online so does my ps3 force me to update to even play offline now ?
