Re: [Announce] Sony Playstation 1 Emulators
Hi
I can get FF7 to run in both PSX4m Rearmed and normal. The problem is. The sound is very choppy and laggy which makes the game unbearable to play. Sound is a really important factor when playing games for me, especially as it adds depth to scenes and the storyline. I also cannot get the game to load at all when I turn on HWA GPU. I just get an unknown window and nothing happens, just a black screen. Also with the Re-armed option. Threaded Sound results in no sound output at all. I really just want to be able to play Final Fantasy VII without having to carry my PSP around everywhere. But I will only play if I can have full emulation incl sound. GREAT WORK and CONGRATZ on the progress so far! Look forward to see it fully operational :) |
Re: [Announce] Sony Playstation 1 Emulators
Not having sound is no problem for me, to be perfectly honest. Probably wouldn't play in public with the sound on anyway. I'd rather have more speed and compatibility.

Re: [Announce] Sony Playstation 1 Emulators
When playing FFT, i get either a crash (when BIOS activated), or I get stuck in "checking memory card" when trying to load or save from the memory card. Any idea on how to fix this? This happens with both the normal one and re-armed.
