Because you are reading REGISTRAR info, bellow there should be actual data on REGISTRANT.

Are you saying you get only registrar info?

EDIT: I've just spotted link you were using to determine it. I've used command line whois command, which provides non-stripped information.

I used the same exact approach both times and got different results (registrar only today). Not sure why.

The registrar must own several PO boxes at that address. That makes sense, it's just the registrar, not the registrant.
