Repulsive yellow LOL I think it's cool. Even with Elop, WP, Lumias and crashing stock Nokia is a trendsetter. :)

LOL here we gi again, "they should go android" just tell me why? Why in earth would nokia do more bussiness going android route? Its samr **** over and over again by some freaking small investors. We have heard this several times before but evrn if elop is an idiot the solution is NOT android. People here sayimg ni one will by nokia wp and there is other wp+android companys just why would they by nokia android and not nokiawp?

again samsung is the one nrmal consumers buys in case of android. What nokia should had done was to keep harmattan and add wp to the list not wipe meego.

investors are just stupid whiners who should had open theyr mouth in february 2011t now its to damn late because even if elop is fired they camt change strategy now by going android when they had fired so many swengineers. They have to succes with wp how much we hate it or just be a small player.

Yep, MeeGo top-tier with Symbian holding fort at the budget end of the range until Meltemi was ready, plus of course Qt on all.

The sad thing is NOKIA's collapse was entirely predictable, WP7 was not something new and exciting, it was already a proven failure.

I'm not sure WP8 will be improved enough to halt the decline, NOKIA's hardware is the best it's been for a long time but WPx is proving a dead weight.

Symbian, Meltemi, and Meego apologists unite!! iPhone 5 rules now, but I think Lumia will do well to save the stock and Elop job. Got to give it to apple, that iPhone 5 is a technological marvel of design, slimness and robustness.

Wp's ugly tiles manage to disfigure even the nicest hardware designs.

HTC's lineup fits better to wp, Nokia's lumias are somehow too rounded for MS's square OS.

You really should go away from the Maemo forum, you are not adding value.

The world forums have lit up slamming the new iPhone 5 map services as rubbish.

http://www.lmgtfy.com/?q=apple+maps+rubbish

http://theamazingios6maps.tumblr.com/

Its even being shown on BBC news this morning that shows what a complete c*ck up they have made.

They are virtually unusable for many use cases.

As a hobbyist iPhone developer we have had to disable many of the satellite mapping services in our apps as the new views are either completely unusable or even non-existant on iPhone 5.

We are already in the process of porting the apps to Android where the satellite views are near perfect at a useful resolution.

At no point would we consider porting our apps to WPx and nothing you have contributed has helped that decision process.

enjoy

Whilst iPhone apologists hang out in forums concerning genuine smartphones and make vacuous comments about their laughable, flimsy feature phone.
