I'm going to the Nokia Chicago store on the 21st to see if they will have it. According to a Rep from the store they will uphold the 15% off on N900 pre-orders (I'm not exactly sure how they would, unless they have it in stock...) thanks to the Magnificent Mile Holiday Offer.

My Mole from NewEgg stopped replying to my PM's after a RMA fiasco and complaints about release dates. Pushing 6 days since my inquiry, my customer service approval has dropped again :(

Good luck since apparently Nokia New York is getting less than 200 phones and has a waiting/informal preorder list with over 200 names already.
