Finland and Norway says week 48. Germany 25th. I guess this means week 48 release in Europe.

well from what i see newegg has it stocked..and they start processing the orderes bt 30/11...if it launches officially from nokia on 23, gives a week time for it to be exclusive nokia website and shops...i'm hopefull that there will be no further delay beyond 30/11

buy.com sales representative just confirmed to me that they have it in stock and are gonna release it on the 22th

That's great news... That means that several shipments have reached US shores and have been properly received/recorded. That would also help confirm what a Dell rep told me last week (not L1 support) that they would be shipping on the 19th. Since Dell is a Nokia "premiere provider", that would give them a few days to ship before other US retailers.
