Not to be negative, but this is your first post, and the credibility of these types of posts is not all that great.

Like I said in the other thread, a good sign to when we get the phone is when T-Mobile releases Project Black, if indeed they truly have the N900, which means either tomorrow or next Sunday if what all the info is saying turns out to be true. If the N900 is part of the project, and T-Mobile goes public with it, I would assume they would already have the product to sell, and it would definitely hurt them to say 'today is the day we go to #2 or #1 but btw you have to wait another four-five months to get the phone, have a great day':p

Between announcement of the G1 and actually shipping was almost 2 months. So I wouldnt find it unusual at all for them to announce the phone and not ship until late Nov. The plans etc may go live before that. I will definitely be taking the $50 all in option if they have it.

I really hope they ship this coming week....I'm am literally emotionally tired of all this jerking us around. I want it bad, I want to develop for it, I want the Maemo platform to light up the virtual landscape.

This is what I don't like about the pre-order? Technically you have already paid for it but you still don't have tha thing.
If there was no pre-order thing how wonderful would that be instead of waiting to ship we all wait for the buy now button to pop up, and bam hit that chareg the card and they ship it to you.
But thats only in words I ordered mine from amazon on the 16th still nothing.

I don't believe that anybody has parted with any cash yet, so no...we're not 'owed' anything yet. A pre-order is a pledge to buy the thing.
