Also mentioned in article, that the company has been officially added to company register in Finland this week. So it's no longer a "drawer box company" in legal sense. Still, I have doubts about it...

And it is fail or photoshopped. As screen should be off when you talk on phone and it's close to your ear :)

If its photshop it's at least a nicely done job ;)

From what you can see there is no app running at all and clearly Mr.Chao isn't making a phone call. I still would not call it "fail" - the photo credit is assigned to "Jussi Helttunen", it might well be that the photo was shot during the interview and that Mr. Chao just put the phone up for the photo (Phone calls with others during an interview is kinda rude anyway, bad enough he has the "party" and not the "silent" profile activated :D )

I could think of many possibilities to fake such a picture - and in this thread there are enough arguments to remain sceptical about the TRI-Sailfish story, but for me it looks like there is at least one single turing phone which at least can boot SFOS...

No, it has the same issue with sensors as the Nexus 5 :D :D :D

What stops me somehow is the size. Hopefully there will be smaller devices in future, but the trend is going in an other direction.
