well you could use ground shipping instead of priority, which is 35$US less expensive, find a way to get the 50$ rebate, that's another 50$US total 85$US and this way you would pay 710 can. You could also pray not to pay taxes :P

I'm sure that the N900 is the right device for me, and I'm not going to decide that I want an iPhone. I suppose that in the end, it's just interesting to know that it's about the same price to order it from mobilecityonline (US$629) or expansys.ca (CAN$799). Of course, I ordered with the priority shipping for an extra $25, so perhaps that might cut things down for future buyers.

My N900 has arrived, and I also paid taxes on it. The taxes came to CDN$97.26. When the credit card charges show up, I'll post a final total price, including everything, in CDN$.
