hey guys. i got my 900 a few weeks ago but i only recently stumbled upon this thread. its nice to know that there is actually quite a number of filipino n900 users here.

anyway id just like to get some feedback regarding zagg´s invisibleshield on our phone since im actually considering buying a kit. i read through some reviews and watched some videos and it turns out may mga problems. im impressed at the protection it gives, but my primary concern is the aesthetic value of the shield. complaints of orange peel effects are consistent with almost all of the reviews i went through but some of them also said that it was barely noticeable.

i just wanted to know if any of you had similar experiences. and if ever, would it make a difference if i had the people from ishield install it for me?

I just flashed (using flasher 3.5) my OS, because my phone is getting slow and sometimes hanging up. Actually I followed carefully the instructions here....http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_t...irmware#N900_2 and everything is ok until the phone restarts, the audio is completely gone. I can't play any music or video and much worse wala po sound sa mga incoming and outgoing calls =(

try flash the EMMC as well, be sure you grabbed the latest firmware and vanilla image

hi gud am po..may ask lng po if y di ko mpanood ung mga shared video sa facebook..lumalabas "get flash player"..peo nagoopen nman xia kpag direct mo sa youtube pnonoodin?thankz

ang alam ko jan eh dahil di na updated ang flash player natin sa n900. flash 10 na ata ang gamit ng fb eh. nagoopen yung sa youtube kasi yung mobile version nung site malamang yung napupuntahan mo.

may tanong ako ano nagagawa ng swap mod about page cluster pinalitan ko swappiness from 100 to 30 tapos sa baba nun may page cluster sabi nung iba ginawa nilang 1 instead na default na 5?

sabi nila nakakatulong daw sa baterya at nakakatulong din daw sa snappines ng phone. pero personally wala naman akong nakitang deperensya. mga isang linggo ko ng sinusubukan.

kung may conky ka, makikita mo dun na mas matagal tumaas yung swap usage na part. kahit isang araw pa lang eh mataas na yung swap usage mo, pero pag kainstall ko nito, 5 araw na eh mababa pa rin yung swap usage.
