^^ use Asphalt 5 v1.1.4 and remove data.sav file from game folder... then you should be fine.

Still can't get Asphalt 5 to play from icon it gets as far as last screen (with hints on) before race starts then crashes.

It works fine through xterm when using the correct commands.

I have noticed through xterm if i don't do chmod a+x Asphalt5 command it behaves the same way and crashes and shows segfault through xterm. so i can only imagine trying to play it from an icon it is having the same problem.

Any ideas anyone?

You should search for the preenv FAQ wiki then go down to how to get asphalt working and click the video the guy there does some stuff then in the description he has 2 fixes so in total 3 fixes to get the game to work, some steps done in one fix will be done in anotehr fix so don't repeat steps e.g. if you've already chmod a folder skip that step and continue. i just got the game working and it saves also

Hey guys I got 3games to work my latest conquer was Asphalt 5 using this method http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8rDCbZ3gyYE

I used his first fix in the decription but now mt device tells me I have over 800Megs free, it's not a problem (I hope) but if anyone has any idea why it would lie to me I'll be glad to here it

Do I need some specific files first in order to install play NFL2010?

Because I am having a "not executable" error when I do desktopgen appinfo.json.

file permission. you need to set the executible nfl2010 to user29999

Hey guys, I get black a screen during all videos in Asphalt. Do I need to do anything to get them to display? Everything else works great :)
