Yeah, good point. :) I like the 4 IM tones on Maemo (Chat 1 ~ Chat 4), Chat 2 is my favourite. They're short and unobtrusive.

well if it's customizable then just pick any default sound...message 2 is nice..chat 3 is good..most of the short default tones are nice =)

Sociality works beautifully, I installed it on my N900 and built
a desktop version as well, both work fine. The news feed
needs a search, though.. and preferably a way to fetch
older posts. Or am I just missing something, are these
bits in place? I can probably even pitch in implementing
them if that's desired.
