Yeah, tests going on around The World its even live in some areas but lack of devices is still obvious.
I think 2020 will be THE year for 5G tech.

Yes, commercial UE's should be available in Q2 I think.

Then it's just the matter of carriers upgrading their networks which might take some time before there's any serious coverage.
