The small box where the headphone cable splits to go to your ears is a microphone.

I'm trying to figure out how to upload these to something like YouTube. As reported, they don't play in Winamp or WMP 11.

There's the nice one for 2007 (which I'm using) and the beta for OS 2008. Are you certain you downloaded the right one?

That's one of the best things to do, IMO! =) That and recording mom and dad making funny noises at the baby to get them to make funny noises, but instead getting blank stares...

LOL, right on! You nailed it!

Anyone else having their IT's freeze to the point of having to remove the battery and everything while using the camera with this app?

I got it installed. It should be mentioned that you need to remove the previous version of camera before this can be installed.
