There is a video.. sorry for the swedish but its watchable for you guys too..

Hopefully putting that in the "official" maemo repos don't generate un needed tension with nokia and spotify (like the nintendo emulators), since despotify is not in any way an official spotify port.

Seems like I need stylys with that. Any change of putting bigger buttons for fingers?

Overall this seems really nice app :D

i dont think spotify cares, as long as users are premium members.. in fact i think they welcome this. more users and since they have released libs. they want people to use them.

I love spotify but the premium pricing is far too high. £120 per year is way over the top. If you bought albums off amazon that you get you about 30-40 albums per year - that you get to keep.

It needs to be under £5/month to make it of interest I reckon. After all most of the time i listen to music I already own....

I second above, however to defend the premium you are able to D/L something like 6000 songs onto your device that you will be able to play off-line anytime, but of course it is not the same as owning the real CDs.
the biggest let down for me with Spotify is that there is no All sons ( master) playlist that you can shuffle different albums/ artist out of like on any MP3 device.

My hopes have been that the N900 was going to able to utilize Spotify as a PC, not a mobile device, and by that saving the Premium fee.

Be sure you put in right username and password. Sometimes it starts filling out forms with capitals first. If you want to be sure.. fill in your username and password in a note frst and copy paste them and see if it works..

Also a space after does not work..

Very well done by Hexagoon. Even though it's still quite buggy and laggy I will probably use it everyday from now on.
