i already reported this earlier...
Can i ask something what does icon theme do?
Do i select a theme and then use the icons on other themes?
Coz it doesnt work when i choose d-theme and then choose pleego icons...

Icon theme switch does (or should do) exactly what you though; you can have d-theme (or any other theme) active but use battery, folder etc. icons from another theme. If you have plastic addon pack 2 installed and you choose to use plastic-pleego-icons you should see that iconset icons after you reboot the phone. If you still see default hicolor icons after reboot, please report what theme are you exactly using and also output of this:
ls -l /usr/share/icons/black-plastic-pleego-icons/

fapman = Faster Application Manager (great app for installing apps from maemo or other repos)

HAM = Hildon Application Manager (the default application manager bundled with N900).
