Hi guys, I was so happy after finding out that the N9 will get Bluetooth 4.0.
But I was all the time confused that there where different reports (some with 2.1, others with 4.0).
Had no one yet find this official technical data providing the information there won't be bluetooth 4.0?
You find this sheet in every country that is listed as getting the N9.

Still it isn't 100% clear if there will be hardware bluetooth 4.0 build in.

What do you think / know?

IIRC there's a way to enable access to the terminal in the settings.
Then just dump the dmesg output to this thread...
Hopefully it'll reveal a IC that we know supports BT4.
Or at least reveal a device driver that supports it etc.

It's still not clear, read all the previous posts, & any other threads they link to.
It's usually officially mentioned that only BT2.1 is supported, but there's conflicting info elsewhere.

I was hoping it'd be ready for launch, god knows they've had long enough.
But it's looking like we'll have to wait for it to be added centuries after launch :rolleyes:
But at least it's looking more certain that we'll have BT4... eventually.
