According to that article (and elsewhere), the 64gb N9 will ONLY COME IN BLACK. So our little ebay friend is either scam city or he's misinformed about which colors he's going to receive.

Well this issue hasn't been resolved yet. Some sites say only black will get 64GB, while others say all colors will come with 64GB. We won't know for sure until Nokia confirms or until phones start selling.
