That is a bugs, due to old tweet/DM caches from last version. Sign out and sign in again will solve this problem. If you never use any older version than 1.1 you won't have this problem

i cant open it now, and when try to uninstall its say still running on the process

I don't know sorry because i'm not sure what problem is causing that

Edit: To uninstall , use terminal to kill Tweetian process (/opt/TweetianMeeGo/bin/TweetianMeeGo) then uninstall it
