I've has some problems with the latest version of MeeFox:

- the user agent doesn't change when I select it from the options menu. It is currently stuck on the generic linux string.
- the search engine always defaults to Bing after restarting
- it crashes rather frequently

I've reinstalled it and had previously removed QmlMozBrowser and deleted everything in ~./Mozilla but these problems persist. Is there any way to fix thr first 2 issues or do we need to wait for a new version from Coderus?

html5test.com -> 430 :D

Search engine -> it doesn't remain saved after quitting

Facebook -> crashes when opening menus and it doesn't show posts

since transfering to openrepo I only have problems with MEEFOX. Either it close or make N9 reboot even if QMLMOZBROWSER is removed!
Have tried to reinstall and update!
Anyone knows what could be the reason?

one day i have to make a new version with updated engine. a lot of fixes was released. but its not a top priority project for now :)

When used 1.0.4 version, it shuts down all the time. Not at startup but like if i go to some site and go to some link from that site, it shuts down. And sometimes just white screen appears. Version 1.0.3 works fine, no similar bugs at all..

Most HTLM5 sites, be it coderus unused touch.facebook.com, or touch.dict.cc kill meefox instantly after loading the first time. Halfway.

Bugs also include, User Agent setting doesn't work or at least not persist.

Same thing happens to me with 1.0.4a. When I open certain sites MeeFox closes for no apparent reason. MeeFox is pretty fast, but I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. Can't have a program closing all the time...

After splash image there's progress indicator and swiping is disabled till screen off/on.
Is this feature or bug? :p

I always end up with "Installation interrupted" error screen whenever I try to install MeeFox 1.0.5 or Wazzap 0.9.20.0nightly24

Nothing seems to help. Using "easy to use aegis-install hack" and "CODeRUS Unrestricted System UI"

Have you tried using "dpkg -i filename.deb" to install with Terminal? It would give more information than just "Installation interrupted".

As far as I can see the functions Reflow text on zoom and Allow reflow mobile pages doesn't work in v. 1.0.5:o

Edit: OK a single time the reflow worked but the function isn't useable.
Further on TMO there is no Edit and Quick reply on webpage only Quote & Reply.
Edit: This Firefox15 problem using TMO is now solved, and the reflow function is better, thanks!

Hi, is it possible to make the vkb show up as an overlay, like in the default browser? I use a transparent vkb, but it isnt very useful in meefox or the qml version since it covers the screen instead of being overlaid on top of it.

initial sources of meefox here:
https://github.com/coderus/qmlmozbrowser/tree/meefox
but its not full and lack of qt helpers and some components. need to cleanup code and commit. engine still have many issues, so i'm not developing it hard. will continue when engine will be more usable :)
