I guess the dev has stopped on this... but will ask anyway. Maybe even take the initiative to make the needed change (after learning more on Qt/QML).
Is it possible to add the 3rd forum, NitDroid forums as well?

Do you plan on porting it to Sailfish? I really miss this app, made browsing TMO so much easier than in mobile browsers (only MicroB and N900's stylus made it doable), especially as Sailfish Browser doesn't handle TMO links (pages, reply button) correctly (unusable).

I don't think the demand and work required ratio is enough..

I'm not sure if sailfish users visit tmo much, since jolla has own forum now.
The sources are available, if anyone is interested, I'd be able to help

Re: [WIP] TMO Forum app - New updated release

There are surely less threads in the Sailfish/Jolla forums, but they are younger than other TMO sub-forums, and there is still a lot of activity (also in the Applications forum). To be honest, together.jolla.com is useful, but I doubt it will totally replace TMO, and hope it won't. Plus the TJC application is less advanced than the TMO one (it seems to basically display HTML inside an app, with associated issues for easy browsing with tiny buttons).

I can't help, no dev skills, but I hope someone will raise his hand then!

As stated by Stefano himself (the CTO), JTC was designed from the outset to be complimentary, it's not meant to supplant TMO:

Sailfish users can always use Tapatalk to browse TMO though

Tapatalk? Does it exist for Maemo/MeeGo/Sailfish?

I hope it's not a YAAA (yet another Android app) :)

I think I looked into porting the Maemo Talk app to Sailfish some time ago, but experienced some problem (i.e. Account UI) and gave up. I wish I had more time :(

Yes, the Android version of tapatalk app is pretty good and if it runs on Sailfish, there isn't a client crisis at all.

There is also a open source tapatalk app for Meego named Silihai. It works, but UI needs lot of work. maybe sm1 can port it to sailfish along with redesigning the ui.

The accounts UI integration in TMO app can be removed, I think porting will be much easier then.
The N900 port, afaik, doesn't have the accounts ui dependency.
Maybe you can check the source code of the port.

I'm glad to see all the sailfish lovers supporting tmo and the forum full of life. Unfortunately, I've not yet been able to get my hands busy on jolla development
