mine was shipped yesterday but I would not be able to get it until 12/07 because the rep himself is bringing it to me by foot.

mmm. The whole thing doesn't seem quite as bad after 1/2 bottle of wine. maybe if I get some kind of drip feed til the 16th, I will cope better.

this is a "part 2" from another thread that where closed because of people spam posting irrelevant stuff.

And by the way, i don't want to kill the joy or anything, but N900 will not be shipped on 9th of nov.. i mean come on, unless its a sneaky release, because we haven't heard anything from Nokia.

I also received an email from Nokia today telling me that N900 wont come out until Q1 2010 (Sweden, may as well be the same for other countries), but im gonna call nokia on Monday and hopefully they will tell me that its wrong and it will be released on nov.

on nov 9th for UK.....mmm i doubt it... but for nov 14 i am really hopeful and have faith that this time it will really be released.
Q1 2010 I do not think so, because it would cause too much panic among those who pre ordered it and 95% of them would cancel their order and by that time other competitors like HTC and Android would released their product and those who were buying the N900 would go for the others.
I think Nokia know about this situation.......
Let's just hope for the good...Nov 14 would be ok for me...:)

Yeah i hope so as well.. And agree, im going to cancel my order if they delay it to 2010, even thou that i love the phone, literally, but its just to much.

Im sure that nokia have people looking at this thread, and they are much aware of the consequences if they delay it again.

no one would want to wait until 2010 for this phone and after what we are going through, videos, reviews etc we have watched and all for the positive..it's just impossible to wait..better forget!

i am maltese and ordered it from ebay...another reason why I want it this month..cos i think i would have problems getting my money back :S

For sure nokia people have seen this record breaking thread, about their product! I think we deserve some appreciation and a little surprise (after all we are paying for it, it's not that we are waiting for something free)

I shall say this again.... for twice a day sometimes even more than that Nokia Uk has relayed to me that the device will definitely be shipped this Monday, not maybe not possibly but without question.

Many others from the Uk have had this message conveyed to them also, so in essence all the posts saying it won't happen cause they haven't heard from Nokia, are to me personally, a lot of pish.

We have heard from Nokia, and their message to us is your device WILL be shipped on Monday.

Now unless you have been in contact with them and they have told you differently please stop posting anti Monday slander and bursting my bubble.

At least have the decency to wait till Tuesday before you do lol.

I hope that it would be shipped on monday no doubt and would happy for you. the reason that i m not conviced is that peter from maemo said that there will be a press conference before official release etc...unless it's going to be held tomorrow!

nokia release a press release on nokia press the day the device ships not before but on the day, i've purchased 13 nokias direct from nokia to know this.
peter never said there would be a conference he said there will be announcement from nokia when it starts to ship i.e nokia press release

because i think i can trust him eejj....:S i am sticking with the 14th because i think that's the release for the US and the one i have ordered is coming from the US so I think i would take a couple of weeks to first arrive to UK and then to malta :)
