I don't have the battery upgrade yet but from what I understand, the mugen cover is even thicker than craves1's
and it is made from plastic instead of metal. My advice would have to be... try it at your own risk.

what extended battery will fit underneath the battery cover that you get with the full sized SD adapter?

I would be completely willing to buy the 32GB SD card adaptor if there was an optional METAL cover that could fit the Mugen 3600mAh battery.

How hard would it be to get SDXC (not SDHC) SD cards to work with the N810? I believe there is some work in Linux forums to get exFAT read/write functionality.
