+1 as swap fragmentation as possible source of Your problems. +, hate to say that again, but it was mentioned before that using batterypatch/speedpatch exclude You chances to debug properly.

Please check if frequency stays at 125 mhz (or even switch to it) using *other* tool than kernel-config show - for example, using Conky (easy GUI solution).

It seems with conky doesn't stay nor even switch to 125
so? why it feels that gets laggy and I chek Its in 125 kernel-conf show and recharging the dsp conf start to flow again like charm.. or almost? |

ya.. the conky doesnt even go below 500 when i set my phone's min freq to 500.. but it shows 125 in terminal..
