Shame :( is there anything that can be done to remedy that?

I got the Nokia BH-905 bluetooth headset and noticed that the play/next/prev buttons do not work with MediaBox.
Standard media player works and even mplayer works with the buttons on the headset.

Is it possible to get this working with mediabox??

It would be possible if I knew how to detect button presses on the headset. Unfortunately I do not have a BH-905 at hand to figure it out.
So if anybody could give instructions or provide a plugin for MediaBox, it would be great.

Hi, pycage.
I've got problem with 2010.05.08 and resuming playback after calls and SMS: resuming does not work for me. I'll try to get some debug output later. Can anyone else confirm this?

And about Home widget. As MediaBox doesn't have single D-Bus interface (according to D-Bus' sender from session monitor), so some difficulties happen. Porting widget to Maemo 5 is in progress, but I don't have enough time until June, 8th unfortunately.

Do you mean you have to resume manually after a call. Yes, I've seen this, too.

What are the difficulties that happen?

Looking forward to the widget. :)

Hi,

Will there be an option coming for the download of youtube videos? I ask because I added a video from youtube to my playlist and on restarting the program, I could select it again, but it wouldn't load (yet played fine when accessed through the Youtube plugin).

Porting to Maemo 5 is at early stage, but in OS2008 provided interfaces couldn't be found.

Re: MediaBox Media Center 0.96 with UPnP and more

OS 2008 will soon get a new version with the interfaces. The current version on OS 2008 (0.96.x) doesn't have the interfaces yet.
