It is a Silverlight applet runtime environment sitting on top of a Windows CE kernel. There is no such thing as filesystem access, filenames, or directories.

Its basically a shell for a severely crippled base.

IIRC i read Arie stating that pr1.3 isn't that big of a deal so a word of caution to those people here who are getting their hopes high; be prepared to be disappointed when you get something that just fixes some bugs.
