Re: [Android] NITDroid V2 Development Topic
Ok i guess I have solved the issue and now I am booting android but it takes lot of time. it often says init: untracked pid xxx exited.
is this going in the right direction? |
Re: [Android] NITDroid V2 Development Topic
I'm still unable to solve the issue I had at bottom of page 166. Tried different Linux Distro with completely different steps and I'm getting the same thing...

Re: [Android] NITDroid V2 Development Topic
I'm running the latest froyo (0.0.4-1). It's awesome.
I tested the Sound Recorder thingy (or what I thought was the sound recorder) and couldn't see how to listen to it. I think I may have tested the voice dialer instead. Anyway it's WAY late here, and I'm off. Froyo seems cooler somehow than eclair. Just need to download, install, etc. Good night. Having trouble thinking straight. |

Has this new Rootfs got the same fixes from e-eyes's lastest Rootfs? (Post 1676 page 168) It'd be nice to have both of your fixes :D Thanks! |

Re: [Android] NITDroid V2 Development Topic
oook.... now I install last build 0.0.4-2, wifi work perfect and android is much faster...
sorry again for my bad english now, how to install flashplayer 10.1?? |
Re: [Android] NITDroid V2 Development Topic
Fantastic work, DJ_Steve and e-yes.
Why don't you create a subdomain (downloads.nitdroid.com) and upload all the versions there? It would be easier for us to find the latest and don't have to search the whole thread here. I can also host a mirror on my private VPS (I have some hundreds of GBs bandwidth available if you want) ;) |
Re: [Android] NITDroid V2 Development Topic
ive golt 3 servers lol jus one was having issues with speed.. but yea ll add a downloads sub and up all archive copies of nitdroid also :) also flash is part of 0.0.4-2 hopefully anyway

Oh noes! This is completely unusable for a lot of people. Afaik its only the English keyboard that has separate up/left and down/right keys, rest of us have up and down integrated with left and right respectively. This is just one alternative on how you can do this (assuming all buttons work, not including proximity sensor and lock switch). Volume rocker = Volume control Camera button = Home (hold for task list) Power button = back (hold to turn of the device) Keyboard keys = what it says on the keys Please, NITdroid should be universal for all keyboards, so you dont leave us others out. |

Re: [Android] NITDroid V2 Development Topic
After installing the 4-1 Froyo from Eclair, I always get this error message constantly, saying:
"Sorry! The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." Is this usual? Or did I missed something in my installation? Thanks! |
