how did u get it.. my wallpaper is still in landscape mode:( i have installed cssu but its still in landscape:mad:

Edit: Nokia's stock theme's wallapper turn to portrait but custom wallpapers doesnt

How do you get the stock wallpaper to rotate to portrait. I see no difference.

Cannot take any screenshot, no icons, simply the black background and pink status menu with a clock...

Hi do you really mean portrait lock or did you mean to say landscape lock?
Well if you do have portrait lock can u tell me how to enable portrait lock i was eagerly waiting for cssu update as i thought this was gonna be in it after upgrading to cssu16 theres no sign of this!
please help i really want portrait lock it would only go landscape when keyboard opened!

put it on the blackliist

Edit this file:

/usr/share/hildon-desktop/transitions.ini

And look for the line begining with: blacklist =

change it to this (it should be in one line, not wrapped as in the codebox below:

blacklist = mediaplayer osso-xterm worldclock image-viewer camera-ui Calendar nokia-maps osso_calculator

Start CSSU Features (powerbutton meny) to and press update to active the changes. (the error you get when loading CSSU Features is normal)

first of all: BIG THANKS! to everyone of the CSSU-team
...i was waiting for this like i did for christmas when i was 6 years old :)

for me the update installed without problems via apt-get and almost everything i tried till now works like a charm.

the only problem i have is with "Fahrplan" app: since the update it immedeately closes by almost every button i press. I tried to start it through xterm to get debug messages but the only thing it writes is that it segfaults which i think isn't very helpful.

can someone confirm this? i would be very happy if one can help me to remove this close-on-every-interaction-feature :D

With karam's speed patch ,with CSSU-16 ,its a fking super dooper fast N900 i have.great many thanks to every one for their great great efforts .thank you MAG,freemangordon,attari,nicolai,andrew and thanks to every one .
one suggestion : dont pay any attention to those who are a disgrace to this community .Maemo is alive & always will stay like that.now just wait for meego apps which gonna get ported soon on maemo5. winks ))
