Yep noticed that myself. fCamera's date stamping is 1 month out.

There is a bugs thread now, so may as well raise the issue there.

MyPaint was not part of the exciting news, it was never marketed as such and it has been out for a long time in the repositories.

If you read the blog post, it clearly says that this was not an announcement, but just two incredible videos they stumbled upon (a bit late, but still :D).

I'm sorry if I'm wondering stupid things (I don't own N900), but should there really be fakeroot command before apt-get in this step? As far as I understand, with it headers doesn't get installed at all.

Still waiting for the EXCITING NEWS??!?! :)

- was it the much needed Flash 10 update for the N900?
- the much needed vertical synch update to stop the screen tearing on scrolling software on the N900?
- an audio update to improve the call quality on the n900, which still sounds alot worse than my now £10 sony?
- a slight hint that the n900 may well be upgradable in a major way for lastability puposes alone?
- official java support/frequent official updates?

exactly. whatever comes, you guys come up with 10 things that should have been coming and everything is ****ed up and nokia doesnt love us!

The problem is, this was posted on a Nokia blog. Had this been a privately run blog, people would have either ignored it (when not interested in the photography part of the N900) or burst out into joy.

I love this community, but as soon as the name Nokia is mentioned, half of its members keep throwing away their brains to become useless flamers.

It's like kids throwing a tantrum because mommy didn't get them their favourite ice cream, so now they're also throwing away the other threats they're getting - because mommy doesn't love them anymore and that bubble gum is stupid, stupid, stupid! :rolleyes:
