Please help with Let's Golf. I did the chmod thing, now I wanted to desktopgen appinfo.json it says /home/user/letsgolf/letsgolf/letsgolf is not executable!

Gangstar gives a segfault so I suspect its something more than just a missing file. Can you post the output when you try run it. I don't have the game myself.

Are you sure you did the 'chmod thing' right?

i try to open it, but then he shows black screen for some time, and then it just closes.

Can you do:

ls -la /home/user/letsgolf/letsgolf/letsgolf
- that should show the actual binary file. What you've shown us is the directory listing with 'letsgolf' sub-directory.
