N900 here. Just installed Waze on Friday. Program is stuck calculating route. Everything else seems to be working. Any suggestions?

Release v0.0.11 for N9 users:
Install my repository for harmattan apps (apps.formeego.com is MIA), then you will be able to see upgrades as they come.

Update:
Maemo Extras is also MIA, I will upload a deb link later today or tomorrow.

After upgrading waze you must restart the phone to have the ability to use the media player at the same time as Waze

Next release will be all about fixing the language download crashes, never ending navigations and UI changes for the main view as you will request.

Do you think you'll ever release an update that's based on a later version of Waze (not 2.4)? Something more optimized?

That depends on Waze (the company). They have closed thier source code in version 3.0 so no one other than thier developers has access to it. If they release the code then yes.

same issue here. It might really be a server issue or they might have changed the scoreboard api. I think we should give it a week to see if they fix it on the server side.

Any update on the N900 version ?

I have been using v0.0.10 for N900 with the patched MainView.qml. I have noticed that while using Waze the screen goes blank for a few fraction of seconds and then refreshes the tiles. Is this normal ?

Anyways, Thanks for the wonderful app.

i turned of the volume and now it doesn't go back on. kinda sucks. maybe I should try to reinstall the app?
