Scorpius, will you post the source code when yappari reaches beta? I want to have as less closed source stuff on my device as possible - don't want to delete it again, already got used to it :-)

Why does he have to release it? Its his work..
If anything it should be paid out first then opensourced.

I will release it after 1.0.0 and cleaning it a little and being sure there's absolutely no copyrighted work inside

Coding for a phone that's so slow is VERY disappointing... I think I've wanted to drop the project this week like twice because of that.

With just 6 lines of history, in the PC simulator:

Showing chat window 

Chat window showed in 87 milliseconds.

In the phone, same 6 lines:

Created chat window for x ID: 62914638 

Showing chat window 

Chat window showed in 732 milliseconds.

Almost a second to show the window. And that's what we all get (actually Conversation takes even a longer time to show a window).

The thing here is to show you the last 6 lines of history and either add more lines when you scroll up, or when you're idling secretely add more.

One thing though, I have tested the window when it loads 100 lines and after it renders them all it scrolls VERY FAST way faster than Conversations (but took me a week to got that speed).

GUYS SERIOULY NEED HELP../. IV INSTALLED VERSION .10 ... have the QT LIBS INSTALLED/... but on opening the APP... Blank screen appears and the app exits... i have WHATSAPP JAVA PORT INSTALLED and it is working f9... plz help ... want this app to work... plzzzz help needed

Brother... i found Yappari.log at home/user/MyDocs... on opening the file it says

thats all i could finds.... help needed....
like i said before.... App opens for 2-3 secs... showing only a Blank screen and then exists/......... help urgent

brother.... Wattsapp java port works fine on my phone... plus when i tried to download the Libs given in the first post ... it showed i already have them ....

Thanks Scorpius it's working almost perfectly. Donated you some money, but I've a question (I've not read the whole thread). Is it possible to make an option to disable notifications from a group-chat only? I'm running totally in sain when my friends talking nonsense at night...
