Actually the safety gloves are flame resistant ....

Consequently samsung has reviewed and now rescinded the recall after realizing that all Samsung galaxy note 7 owners need is only 1 flame resistant glove (left or riight hand glove that is) ...
And a rather fetching and stylish flame and heat shield for one side of the head (also left or right side of the head...corresponding to the needed glove...)
Thus cutting the cost in half per note 7 owner...
And cutting the cost of a total recall.

So...
Production of the note 7 is back. online and on schedule with nary a hiccup of disruption ...minimal cost ..or impact...
And the price of the note 7 has of course now gone up...
As it now is not only a smartphone...
But also seconds as a high powered pocket warmer...boot warmer...glove and mitten warmer...
(Disclaimer : said articles of clothing should also be flame resistant)

Also Samsung I heard is offering complimentary "Full Body Fire resistant Vat Dipping" for any who wish this complimentary service ..
For a nomimal service fee to the technicians who do the vat dipping..

Ha ha! Very good news for Samsung indeed! Actually, I was wondering if one could be exposed to toxic materials once the Note 7 has caught fire.

As someone pointed out the HMD-6 has physical androidzbuttons on the bottom of the device. That is idiotism to the maximum, even on an android device. The bloody buttons are uselss when you are holding the device in landscape position :mad:

To be fair, juice, even almighty Jolla, seen by many here as the pinnacle of innovation and the ultimate design, is designed purely with the portrait use in mind. You can use in landscape with the right patch installed, but the UI is not designed for it, the volume buttons do not adjust accordingly, etc. For some mysterious reason the portrait use is the king, we will just have to get used to it.

You know... I'd personally love to see Jolla Sailfish on the Xiaomi Mi Mix. Bezel-less design + gestures = the way that OS should be done imho.
