the other day i sent nokiaflagship an email and they stated on there twitter site the release was 19th but ive just recieved an email from them without even sending one and its been delayed :(

Called the Chicago Flagship. Told me there aren't any yet, and I asked when I could expect them, or if he's heard anything. He sounded really nice, not worn out actually! And said "You know, I'd love to say I'll call you back in 5 minutes, but it could be literally any time"
That could be really good..or really bad.

So now Nokia is claiming that Retailers and e-Retailers should be shipping, I hope customer service and the IT are delayed and they are actually receiving stock.

OK, I called the Nokia Flagship Chicago store too ... guy seemed pretty pissed (maybe because so many people are asking him the same question :P), and just wanted to get rid of me ... said they dont have it yet .. no real idea when they might get it ..

Then called the Nokia Customer Service and told him about all the confusion Nokia statements have caused ... he said he doesn't really have any information on when Amazon or Newegg would be getting the N900's ... also, he said maybe priority would be given to those people first who ordered from NokiaUSA website directly, who probably would be getting it by the end of the month, if not sooner ..

ah well, the wait goes on ..

I got out my Old Wood burning kit from my Boy Scout days. Ive got a Baseball bat, but a Cricket Bat would work for you Brits. I'm burning the word "AVAILABLE" into it.

Later on, I'm going out to find some Nokia Marketing folks. I'm going to walk up to them and say, I've got your AVAILABLE right here, you mutts!

I suspect things will get ugly about that time. Lookin' for some help here, who else has a Baseball bat?

Take a loan of 10 million right now. surround yourself with the best shrinks, lawyers, mothers, business people, specialists, professors and live in one of the richest neighbourhoods/societies. Pay it back when you are 50 when you are a CEO at one of the biggest corporations in the world.

I just want to point out again to everyone.... my last name was 11-09-09, and on the 10th they announce something. This name, 11/(14-17)/09 and on the 18th they announce something. Nokia just wants me to be wrong.

Now I have to go commit Seppuku again, and return mysteriously with a different random name.

Maybe its like with LHC? The public release of the n900 inevitably leads to a cataclysmic event, and a breakdown of space time. So for a universe to exist, it must be in a timeline where events have conspired to prevent the n900 from public release.
