about:

"qca - GET RID OF IT? Only used by meepasswords"

sound like a bad idea to me. There definitivly needs to be a Qt/C++ based crypto library in mer.

It also was a core lib in harmattan:

http://harmattan-dev.nokia.com/docs/...9jcy9saWJxY2Ey

and with some tweaking it should be possible make Qt5 build and RPM based on this tip:

late reply but might help someone else with the same problem

nemo image for N900 has the partition table of the card too so it creates a 4GB partition, and you are free to partition the free space as you like, or use gparted to extend the nemo partition to the full 16gb

Hello friends!

I have a strange problem. I have got Sandisk CL10 16GB card. I was using its ful capacity, untill i wrote the nemo image. But Nemo failed to boot. :(

Afterwards, when I tried to copy some of my files in it, it says its of 4GB capacity!!! I do not know what happened to the rest of the volume... I formated it using Windows XP, but still it shows 4GB.

Pl help me to get back the full volume.

Thanks in advance.

Formatting only formatted the partition, but sounds like the nemo image set it to a 4GB partition size. You could use windows disk management to change the partition size. The SD format tool you used also does this. Partition Magic or Parted Magic boot disk could have probably resized without losing data.

one question. sorry if im being noob. what is the difference between snapshot and release ? there are two types of images found on nemo. any differences ?

Re: Nemo mobile discussions

for most projects, snapshots are frequent, automated builds {unstable and bleeding edge}, and releases are less frequent, manual builds that are then tested and maintained {stable and older}.

this does not appear to be the case with the nemo images. probably snapshots are just not being made.

bleeding edge nemo has this issues on my N9.

Seems like orientation bugs make the screen sometimes render wrong

or is it lipstick thats buggy?
