Can someone explain why a lot of .apks aren't "native" .apks?

They are not OpenGL ES coded most probably but Dalvik apps...

I'm guessing the world stopped coding in OpenGL ES? Or could some OpenGL ES coded applications be missing dependecies?

If it stopped; you wouldn't have Angry Birds currently running on your system :)

Well, that could be ONE of the developers that do it. But would other OpenGL ES applications be missing dependecies? Or maybe there aren't many OpenGL ES?

Yes, it does same for me, only arcade works. But 1.5.2 doesn't do that.

This was the first release of apkenv...You can see there are quite a number of games with missing dependencies...

When/If thp does further work on this project (I'm not sure how likely due to the mass of I*iots here) we may get those with missing dependencies to work in the future...

I have also noticed that HD version of Angry Birds Space works better than the non-HD one, the only problem is splash-screen is a little out of place. Otherwise buttons are bigger and gameplay smoother too.

Ahh, okay. Missing dependencies is the big deal breaker here then. Can someone compile the dependencies though? Does it work that way?

Can some one do this where we can uninstall/delete a game from with in the apkenv-qml application ? I have installed a game twice with 2 different .jpg files. So if i want to get rid of them ,i have already seen the solution here on the thread but couldnt get rid of them even after purging the whole apkenv. It still shows in the apkenv manu . thanks in advance .
