Yes that is true, even the un-based litigation can destroy a company.

Still, interesting basic idea, looks rough, and it remains to be seen how they will support it in future.

I've already spotted some of the bugs, like when he could not select wallpaper he initially wanted.

After everything, I am kind of disappointed it's not Linux based.

Really disappointing, I hope there is another better video/demo to really make my final judgement, but really disappointing UI doesn't seem innovative to me at all.

I didn't keep up with your randomness. Simply stated, since you're being quite the clueless one; Tabco is a fake company, used in a campaign for Fusion Garage... the makers of the JooJoo.

So Tabco was an ad campaign. Fusion Garage are the manufacturers. Grid 10 is the tablet. Grid 4 is the cellphone.

Less RAM than a Motorola Xoom, same chipset as a Xoom, faster than a stock Xoom (I've overclocked mine to 1.6ghz), more resolution than a Xoom on the main screen... but I just ain't sold.

This is lesser spec'd at the same price as the Wifi-only Xoom. And it's guaranteed to get further updates.

This could be moved to competitors, renamed. But to limit conversation on upcoming, soon-to-be released stuff shouldn't be discouraged around here. Not in my humble opinion that is...
