Just did :D. Mind the sdl-mixer change, there could be some breakage.

You can still make your own symlinks if you want, like /opt/preenv/apps -> /opt/preenv/data/apps/usr/palm/applications .

In fact, on the current packaging you might want to change the /media/internal symlink, as it currently points to /home/user/MyDocs . This might change and point to a subdirectory there, as requested.

I have a problem with Monopoly, occasionally it freezes and I minimize it and exit. The window doesn't disappear right away and then Maemo says Shrek Kart is not responding, is this from MaeModder making MyDocs executable? It isn't a huge deal because it still saves my progress. I named my pre games folder .WebOS, maybe it is a problem with the hidden folder or symlinks, anyone else with this problem or an idea?

I just saw how to turn it on in the game options. It works well. Speed Forge has an option for vibration too, but that one didn't seem to do anything

Some breakages such as:

Or the working music in HAWX?:P

exec "./FarmFrenzy2"

Worms:
#!/bin/sh

cd `dirname $0`
exec "./Worms"

Does this has something to do with the problem??

This means both of them has been developed with airplay SDK.

Airplay SDK is a cross platform mobile environment game developing tool that can compile a code to many platforms including Maemo(Similar to Qt). It's such a shame that the developers using airplay SDK are developing(and compiling them) for all platforms excluding Maemo!

It also uses PDL_FreeCtx and PDL_Sync. I can't find documentation on these calls anywhere. I threw in empty stubs, and it runs, but you can't move the puck, so it's still unplayable.

You install avatar from a deb file, that seems to install libavcodec.so.52 .
Backup your saves and unistall it, and please install games from original ipk

Move the whole game to a different folder, uninstall it, then move your game to the specified folder again after you installed your preenv but this time create the shortcut manually.

Not a wise solution. The original games are seem to be "jailed" and you can't copy them to your phone.Even if you can do it somehow, you may face some weird errors that were pointing to copy protection and etc.
I'm maybe really wrong though.

Revert to the older preenv 0.1.5 and give javispedro some time to fix it and release the preenv 0.1.7 .

And STAY sharp!:p

Did you follow the wiki?

In a nutshell:

Code:

root
preenv
desktopgen /path/to/your/games/appinfo.json
exit

I manage to play Worms with correct touch orientation-not screen orientation(see picture).

gconftool-2 --set --type int /apps/preenv/Worms/screen_height 480

gconftool-2 --set --type int /apps/preenv/Worms/screen_width 320

gconftool-2 --set --type int /apps/preenv/Worms/screen_rotation 0

Until now nothing can rotate the screen correctly. We hope in the future we will find a solution

Repeatedly bumping your own post is not gonna get you help any sooner.

A 3 second google gave me this:

If you are installing from apt-get, just specify the exact version number after the package separated with an =. For example:
Code:

    sudo apt-get install thepackage=0.2.4ubuntu2

As I don't have a Palm Pre, I cannot get hold of any of the .IPK files. I don't wan't to use illegal file sharing methods.

Would someone who has a palm pre mind downloading me a game?, I will pay you what it costs?

I'm really only after Let's Golf.
