Can you say more about Bill Gates house? I wish there was a way they could allow regular tours of their house. But obviously that wouldn't be a house anyone would want to live in.

I don't know if anybody knows Bob Whitset. He's fairly famous in a way, since he was the GM for the Sonics for a while and then worked for Paul Allen. I have worked for the Whitsets for many years. They are very nice folks. Anyway, they now live pretty close to Bill Gates place On Lake Washington. It's kind of wierd sometimes working on their house because people sometimes drive their boats by very slowly checking out the houses on the Lake there. It's a bit of a fish bowl experience.

I wanted to mention another nice guy I recently became reaquainted with. I don't know if Chris Wills is a name most people would know. Maybe you would if you are into Hang Gliding. Chris is the founder of WillsWing Hang Gliding Company. He also was the 1973 US national Champion in hang gliding. He came to a small party I hosted in my hanger at the Arlington Washington airport airshow last week. One of the things I really like about him is that he seems to have not let any of his success go to his head. I find him a very friendly and funny fellow. Oh, and if you need an Orthopaedic Surgeon ( Sports medicine/surgury) he does that too.

Dave Abbruzzese (former drummer for Pearl Jam) now lives in our town. His wife was my oldest son's World Geography teacher... so I bought 2 sets of his signature drumsticks (chronicled in another post of mine here) and sent them to school with notes for autographs. Dave was kind enough to oblige. What a great guy! Now I have 2 happy kids. :)
