There is. Open the emulator config menu and select Save State there - it will let you enter the filename.

I would like to have answers to these questions too. Some games work just a little bit slower than in normal gameboy. Sure I know that emulation is not an easy task for CPU, but still. If there is any way, please share :)

Maybe it's already mentioned but in the game I tested(Pokemon Yellow), onscreen characters shake around when you move. When you stand still there's no problem. Looks really weird though.

A general issue is also speed I think, walking does not go as fast as on the real thing(my Game Boy Color, that is).

For those who enjoy word competitions, Conundrum has been one of my favorite games over the past decade.

I tend to still play it almost daily to the point where I've burned out the battery on four of my cartridges.

That really blows since the game sells sometimes as high as $100 on Ebay through the U.K.

So yeah, it's great to now have a backup of the game and the large screen is much easier for my father in law to see when I go to visit with him.

This is a great social game to play with others, especially if you have a good sense of humor, so check it out.

By the way, my personal high score is 757 if anyone dares to break such a record. :)

fms, how does host network play work? You make no mention of it in your manual.

Anyway, the cartridge is called Scrabble for Gameboy Color and here's a screenshot of it.

Well, you load the same game on each device, choose Network Play, and enter IP address of the other device. Once you click enter, the first device where enter is clicked will become a server and wait for connection from the second device. Once connected, the devices will act as if they were linked with a GameLink cable.

One thing I forgot to mention on my last post.

If you were to have the display screen hug the left side of the tablet and have the DPad to the right of it, that would work out great for us N800 users.

The DPad would have 8 directions with the center of it being dead space. That way you could place your thumb in the middle without any movement occurring which would feel more natural. Also, with the extra space all on one side, you wouldn't have to cover your thumb over the game screen.

The other buttons would then be mapped to the hardware keys.

The benefit to this is that one could press a direction and a hardware key both at the same time.

Only downside is that you would have to stop mce so that all of the hardware keys would be available for use.

Any thoughts on this, fms?
