Anyone know how i can find this on my app manager?
I have extras-devel catalogue but can't find anything under 'games category' for this app?

Thanks,
Nathan

Update your catalog. It's in the games section.

Now available from extras-devel.
Please don't use the .deb attachment from the first post anymore. The bugs commented previously have been fixed.

Here is a few bugs i have ran into.

1) For some reason (based on my settings which are Z,C,S,X for left right, up and down and J,K,L for ABC) if i push Z+X and push K/B i somehow get a different command as in instead of B command coming out i get A. (this was tested on Streets of Rage 2) I wasa doing combos and then i was trying to walk away and quickly come back with a jab and the special came out =/. I beleive Dr.noksnes has a similar problem but i never posted it.

2) (Dr.Noksnes has the same exact problem, Might be a hardware issue though IDK..) if you push more than 3 or 4 buttons at the same time the controls will stop functioning until you let them go and then press them again. Both emulaters have this problem for some reason but its hard to do certain commands Without pressing about 4 buttons >.<. Like i said this could be something doing with the N900 but i could have sworn you where allowed to push as many keys as you want just like a laptop.

3) Another problem i have is that i tried to move my files to a more organized location in my memory and if you do that i just found out that is a BIG no, no. Any area you where left off by the automatic resume feature will not work after that and in turn will not reset the rom >.< making the emulator useless afterwords *do'h!*. I just uninstalled the emulator and i am now re-installing it as i am typing.

I think those issues are the only known issues i can think of at the moment besides the ones already mentioned.

Hopefully you all can understand what i mean and maybe there could be a fix for that in the future somehow ^_^.

Uninstalling and re-installing and application often won't remove your personnel settings for that application.

So, if you had settings for the last instance of PicoDrive that don't jive with this one (common issue with devel level software), then you could see problems like the one you've got.

Try this:

Uninstall Picodrive.

Open Terminal.

rm -Rf .picodrive
(I'm not sure of picodrive's settings directory name, so execute an "ls -al" from terminal and look for any directories named ".pico*" or ".pd*"

Re-install picodrive from the apps catalog.

Code:

dpkg --purge picodrive
Then reinstall it

Depends on how fast we can all vote for it, doesn't it?

I don't have the hardware to test, so I wouldn't dare to port it myself :)
