But you obviously didn't do your homework! Everyone knows that in a conversation at (insert Maemo meeting here) someone said that the N900 was never intended for normal people. It is just a test, and if you thought it was a (phone/mobile computer), you are so wrong! It is obviously a (mobile computer/phone)!

I think there is a lot of confusion with theses so-called steps.

Presently we are at step 4 (n900).

Step 5 is where MeeGo is installed on a new device (the "WhoKnows?") and we all get together, build a "wickerman" then sing and dance naked around it denouncing the death of the iPhone (victim in wickerman).

hello fellow n900 users. i LOVE my phone and overall i must say that that i Very Happy With it. I am most dissatisfied with that not every one can or want to buy such an monster device^^. I have been a nokia fan sice Nokia 6230 and when i first heard about this device i sold my Shoes. what a big mistake. how can such an expensive device not be affordable to all people when my old/my friend's Siemens c65 was able to do this with no problems. Nokia plz make ur phones affordable to all people so that erveryone can be happy.

what i realy hate on the n900 is.... when i sit on a trainstation of in the city or in the shopping mall.... everytime someone ask me.... "how cool is that .... IS THAT THE NEW IPHONE??" i always say "do you ever had seen with an hardware keyboard?" most of them are quiet when i say this.... but one sayd.... "yes its the NEW iphone witch has an hardware keyboard" i only thought "OMG how stupid is that guy" and sayd... "yes and manufactured by nokia...." i pointed @ at the nokia typing above the screen.... he become that O.o stare... and left..... muahahaha.... i love and hate those icoolz^^

I really, like, hate the n900 because it has flash support. And *someone* said recently that flash was useless and just slowed everything down and that so that must be true. And apparently 2g is better than 3g, Because 3g isn't all that fast and it uses battery too quickly. Oh but hold on, it is because there's an updated phone with 3g and I need you all to buy it.

But seriously, I am really disappointed with my n900 because I don't have an app to access my online banking and all my friends do. I have to just type in the url and get on with it and that's why I am etc etc. I don't really understand technology, I just need to feel a part of something.

I *heart* my n900 and I *heart* all the clever people on here who share their knowledge and help non techie people like me get the most from their little black box of delights.
