Re: Finally......released!!!!!!!!!!!
I had CP/M on my old Commodore 128 - I think the version was 3.0.
Well done! This thread is now complete, you mentioned "OVI Maps v3" - balance to the force has been restored! :) |

Yes ysss, you are defining your intellectual parameters with a very accurate degree... only a 2/10 can post that while spending hours in this thread.

BTW: I loved programming assembly in CP/M and was way ahead of MS-DOS at the time. |
Re: Finally......released!!!!!!!!!!!
Do you remember the VESA times? 60 fps hardware scroll thanks to VGA-memory-wrap issue? Good old times boy...
It's a shame, I don't want to fight anymore with you... you lived the golden age... What about a beer? |

"..I don't want to fight anymore with you.." I thought we were just having a bit of fun! I think many people should lighten up here anyway. VESA cards were great. Some cards were more standard than others though! What about the old segmented memory model? 64k code segments, data segments, the stack "growing from top of memory downwards". Ah the "golden age" when programmers were more intimate with the hardware than their own wives! When abstration meant giving meaningful names to your memory locations. |
