Have you installed it from the Sygic web or from the AppManager?

If from the AppManager, please, read my post here and following discussion to understand what's happening:

The problem is that the package available at the AppManager is not a full application but an update of the deb available at Sygic's web, not containing all needed files nor does it warn about the need to install that one first.

As I explain in the referred post, it's an error that Sygic is packaging the deb in that way.
