Re: Update for Enhanced kernel for power users just released
Guys, I've had it and cpugreqUI before 1.3.
Forgot the sequence how to install it now...remember there was a catch somewhere. What do I do to get a new one? |
Re: Update for Enhanced kernel for power users just released
could some one pass me the commands how to use the usb host mode -_-

Re: Update for Enhanced kernel for power users just released
debernardis: Yes, the hostmode-gui is in the extras-devel for sure (0.2-3). But dragging in that one with aptitude will also give me the dependencies right? I mean, guess it's ok with i2c-tools, but the "kernel-hostmode", "kernel-hostmode-modules" and "kernel-hostmode-flasher" is something I DON'T want to overwrite titans kernel.
Am I right that I should download this somewhere instead and then just use dpkg -i to install instead? Or....hmm? |
Re: Update for Enhanced kernel for power users just released
i rebooted after updating kernel-power. and im stuck with "starting kernel" message in U-boot.
how can i fix it? anyone pls? TIA |
Re: Update for Enhanced kernel for power users just released
shockgiga: If so, you need to reflash with flasher3-5. This has been mentioned in tons of posts. Just search and you will find. Just don't be worried, it seems like it happens now and then (even though it hasn't happened to me....yet).

Re: Update for Enhanced kernel for power users just released
does this work with Multiboot as well ? I don't want to kill the NITdroid option... Anyone updated from Power40 (incl. Multiboot support package) and all is still working ?

Re: Update for Enhanced kernel for power users just released
Installed v44 and rebooted, now stuck on the uboot screen with Loading kernel at the bottom. Left it for a couple of mins and still the same. Any ideas how to get past this?
