Going by M/S history it is bound to sell and we are in the lull before the storm, all is quiet in the making of, now we just wait and see what comes out of the lull.

This is a new world joining of 2 very big companies that need eachother.

They are too big a company and unlike Nokia they do have the resources and development teams.

When you see statements like this......

"Underneath Microsoft's new touch-enabled tablets, we give you the tried and trusted Windows that hundreds of millions of customers rely upon: Office apps, networking, an approachable file system (a subtle dig at the iPad), a mouse and keyboard if desired. Everything."

Tablets are one thing as we all know but when they are joined with the combination of Windows and a Mobile Telephone and i think it will be along the lines of Windows 8 bringing a new OS alltogether and the very reason they have dropped Maemo and MeeGo.

Two wrongs do not make a right. Two giants do not mean automatic success. And WP7 isn't exactly selling well. Nokia and Microsoft better have all of the pieces in place before the Nokia launch.

Warren Buffet: Buy when everyone seem to be selling. Nokia is a good company. WIN 7 mobile looks like a good OS with great potential. Combine that with the nokias hardware and software knowhow(remember Nokia has made the N900, which is path breaking OS). Microsoft will bring in features that are available with competition. The WIN 7 Interface is cool and very refreshing. I predict OS will be a hit after Mango update and the later updates and Nokia will climb back.

What are the 2 wrongs you refer too?.

I very much doubt this will be a WP7 release for Nokia, it will be something else.

No way is Nokia even good at making software even work let alone have experiance in it !!!.

anyway it wont be required of nokia to give vast inputs in the software part of it. it will have to make good phones which nobody has doubts.

LOL be careful when you use the word 'Warren Buffet'. This keyword triggered all those financial data mining engines. Now this particular opinion is all over the data mining newsfeed.:D

BTW, may I know where and when he said it? I don't mean to challenge you or your source, but purely out of curiosity as this statement doesn't fit his style very much. ;)

Not if Ahonen is right and the carriers are boycotting Nokia phones. If they actually are, they won't let the first Nokia WP7 device be a hit so Nokia is already dead (unless the Board kicks Elop today, not tomorrow).
