their rebate numbers are disconnected and all you're left with are promises from nokiausa that the rebate people will call/email.

my advice - keep calling nokia usa, complain about it, keep your case number, and call every day and make sure that you stay on the phone at the end to fill out their phone survey to show your displeasure with the entire process until you get something.
